The Great Wall

To some degree, The Great Wall is the symbol of China and Chinese history. I have been to The Great Wall once in middle school, which was a unforgettable journey for me.

However, it is very hard to climb the Great Wall. I almost wanted to give up in the half way. There are many visitors every day in the Great Wall. Most of them want to know more Chinese culture. There are some advises:

1. Take a pair of sunglasses along the way.

2. Camera.

3. Visit with your friends who will take photos for you.

4. Take on the sports shoes.

Germany Wins 2014 World Cup

It is so exciting that Germany won the final match yesterday! It is the fourth time that they get the champion of World Cup. Besides, Merkel, the president of Germany, is also the big fans of her team. 

Also, congrats Argentina got the qualification for the final match after 24 years! Admittedly, it was very wonderful and memorable of last match.

Lijiang -- The Most Romantic Town in Yunnan

Da Yan

Lijiang is a prefecture-level city of Yunnan, China. There are many famous tourist attractions, such as Yulong Snow Mountain, Lugu Lake, Da Yan Ancient Town, Shuhe Ancient Town, Tiger Leaping Gorge, etc.

Lijiang is an ancient town and people there are living with a very leisurely pace. There are many minorities in Yunnan and all of them are very plain, simple and honest. Shuhe Ancient Town is much quieter than Da Yan and you’d better book a hotel there if you want to have a nice sleep at night.

Lugu lake

Most visitors say that Lijiang is a good place to read a book with light music under the sunshine. To visit Lijiang is to get rid of busy life and have a good rest. However, the problem is that the sun is very hot at noon so you’d better well protect your skin with sunblock in advance.

You also can watch a performance named “Lijiang Impression” which was directed by Zhang Yimou on the foot of Yulong Snow Mountain. You can know a lot of Lijiang culture after you watch this grand show.

Mount Hua: One of the Five Great Mountains in China

HusShan, one of the Five Great Mountains in China, is located in Shanxi, Xi’an province. HuaShan is famous for its dangerously steeps. And I have been to Mount Hua 2 years ago. It has three famous peeks there.

Usually, visitors prefer to climb HuaShan from 9:00 PM so that they can see the sunrise at 5 – 6:00 AM at the East Peak in the next morning, so do I. Admittedly, it was really a hard period to climb Mount Hua. However, when you overcome all the troubles and stand on the top of this mountain, you will gain a sense of success which you never experienced before.

There are several tips for you if you plan to climb this great mountain:

1. Prepare a head lamp in advance.

2. Take on a pair of antiskid shoes and slip-proof gloves.

3. A hiking bag with water and umbrella.

Bali Island

Bali Island is a province of Indonesian. It is a very beautiful and famous island all around the world which is one of the best places to take a vocation, hold a wedding ceremony and go on a honeymoon. Besides, Bali is being favored and admired by many superstars as well.

For example, Mi Yang and Kaiwei Liu, both are famous movies stars of China, have celebrated their wedding in Bali last year. Plus, Hebe, a popular singer of China, has been to Bali to spend her vocation last week. Even I have traveled to Bali Island last summer with my boyfriend. It was great fun to travel there.

Apart from, price of commodities in Bali is much cheaper than that in China. Hence, it is very economical to visit there. I heard that many foreigners from Europe, Australia, America, Canada, etc. just resigned their jobs and had a long vocation in Bali. They usually spend more than 3 months to live in Bali where is economical, scenic and slow-paced for them.

Anyway, it is worthwhile to spend even a week in Bali that will never disappoint you.
